What is a notary public?
A notary public is a state-commissioned official who verifies identities, witnesses signatures, and helps deter fraud by confirming that documents are signed willingly.
What types of documents can you notarize?
Common documents include affidavits, powers of attorney, wills, real estate documents, loan documents, medical directives, and related documents.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Appointments may be scheduled at a home, office, hospital, assisted living facility, or another agreed location in the service area.
How much does it cost?
See the pricing page for the 2026 pricing guide. Fees may include notarization, travel, mileage, printing, mailing, witness services, or card processing.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Appointments are required.
What do I need to bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID is required. All signers must be present for notarization.
Can you provide witnesses?
Witness services may be available by request. Please schedule in advance because same-day requests are not guaranteed.
Can you print or mail my documents?
Yes. Printing and mailing/drop-off services are available. For drop-offs, UPS/FedEx labels must be provided by the client.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit cards, and digital payments are accepted. A 4% credit card processing fee is added to the subtotal.
