Florida notarial fees are set pursuant to Florida law.
Travel fees are based on distance and appointment type.
Additional fees may apply for specialized appointment needs.

Ceremony fees vary based on ceremony type and customization.
Professional appointment support for business and estate documents.
Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
If the notary arrives and signing cannot be completed due to signer issues, missing identification, or incomplete documents, the agreed travel fee remains due.
Printing fees and specialty service fees are non-refundable once documents are prepared.
